This project consists of the demolition and tenant improvements of a customer innovation center for a world-wide leader in plant based oils and fats production. The work area consists of 8,000 SF Office and Food Service Laboratory TI. The work took place on the first floor and second floor with a total room count of approximately 27 rooms.
The project scope of work includes new finishes throughout the work area, modifications to the HVAC, electrical, plumbing, utilities and food service equipment.
