Mitote

Mitote means a place devoted to celebrating heritage and culture through food, music, and art. We built this outdoor facility for the community as the heart of the neighborhood as the very first Mexican food park in Northern California. This is a place for food trucks and fiesta! Here you’ll experience a contemporary approach to Mexican regional cuisines, music and arts. This plaza represents a long journey — from rural and urban kitchens in Mexico to community-centered projects such as murals, performances, artisanal crafts, and open-air markets.
