Willard Park Clubhouse

Buhler Commercial is currently completing the exciting Willard Park Clubhouse & Restroom Replacement project for the City of Berkeley. This project involves the construction of a brand-new, single-story, multi-purpose community building designed to serve as a vibrant hub for local activities. In addition, a stand-alone public restroom, a trash enclosure, and extensive site work are part of the scope. The project also includes the installation of the building’s core and shell, interior improvements, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems (MEP), as well as fire protection, audio alarm security systems, and more. This project reflects our commitment to creating functional and welcoming community spaces that will serve Berkeley residents for years to come.
