Steve Buhler
Steve Buhler
Steve Buhler founded Buhler Commercial Construction with a vision to simplify the construction process for business owners, commercial property owners and facility managers throughout the Bay Area. This vision was developed over years of managing mid to large sized commercial projects throughout California.
Steve was raised in Marin County and currently resides in the East Bay. After developing a taste for construction early on, he went on to earn a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management from Northern Arizona University. Looking to further develop his vision for Buhler Commercial Construction, he earned an M.B.A. in International Business from Golden Gate University.
Steve’s experience ranges from project management on large and complex design-build projects to spending his early years learning the tricks of the trade as a carpenter. Although his experience is varied, each past client will testify to his commitment to each project and meeting the client’s needs.
Also, throughout his career Steve obtained several industry certifications, such as LEED Accredited Professional and Associate Constructor, as awarded by the American Institute of Constructors. He enjoys conquering challenges, has a passion for working with people and can be found on the weekend hiking the East Bay hills with his wife and daughter.

Matt understands what it means to go above and beyond to provide the best experience possible for everyone involved on a project. With thorough experience in the industry, he has the tools necessary to manage any construction need available. He has unique experience as a lead Project Manager for a Design/Build construction company giving him exceptional knowledge into the entire process of estimating, subcontractor procurement, scheduling, and construction management on all types of project. He is well versed in providing detailed design review and coordination ensuring to find and solve any constructability issues along with investigating value engineering options. He creates lasting relationships with clients, design teams, and subcontractors while prioritizing team members’ needs in order to be successful. Whether he is providing a detailed project schedule or working alongside the design team to create the best possible drawings for the job, he always brings a level of professionalism to provide projects that are under budget and on time.
Jesus Arroyo
Jesus Arroyo
Jesus Arroyo is currently a Construction Project Engineer at Buhler Commercial Construction. A proud graduate of California State University East Bay, he was inspired to pursue a career in Construction Management after early exposure to the industry from his involvement in Painters Union DC16 in the Bay Area where he completed his apprenticeship and got his journeyman certificate. Prior to becoming a part of the Buhler team, Jesus was a Construction Manager for a residential construction company where he started as an intern and quickly worked his way into managing a variety of construction projects throughout the Bay Area. In his free time he enjoys watching sports and traveling.
Hilary Brown
Hilary Brown
Hilary is our wonderful Construction Administrator, with over 20 years of experience in the construction world she began when her mother who also worked in construction told her to apply for a job. With her family’s history of being in the industry she has learned how to navigate, most importantly how far women supporting women goes. Hilary is constantly keeping up with laws and regulations that affect our industry and the work we do. She enjoys helping others be successful and always wants to educate others on all the moving pieces of the industry.

Josias is an accomplished Project Manager with a track record of successfully guiding projects to completion. He brings expertise in strategic planning, resource management, and meticulous oversight of construction processes. Josias has proven his ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budget constraints. He is eager to contribute his leadership and build relationships with clients, contractors, and subcontractors.

Cole Molina is a hands on leader who is well trained on adapting to any situation he is in while ensuring deadlines are met. With exceptional planning and scheduling skills he is committed to ensuring that all work complies with appropriate codes. Cole is a meticulous builder and solution oriented individual who takes pride in his trade knowledge. He prioritizes quality, communication, and safety in a timely manner.
Kapone Molina
Kapone Molina
Kapone, has spent 15 years building construction projects in the bay. He has wide array of construction knowledge including carpentry techniques, code compliance, Cal-OSHA regulations, job site best practices, CPM scheduling, which he brings to each project as Buhler Commercial’s General Superintendent.
When not managing projects Kapone is riding his Harley or teaching his son how to use power tools.

Ester is a results-driven project manager with thorough experience in planning, coordinating, and executing projects. She has a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget while ensuring high-quality standards. Skilled in managing project timelines, and overseeing activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Esters strong communication and leadership abilities foster productive working relationships with contractors, subcontractors, and clients. She is seeking to bring expertise in project management and construction to contribute to the successful completion of challenging projects.

Nadia is a Project Manager within our Engineering division. Her start in construction began over 16 years ago and since then she has made it her goal to continue to grow and develop in this male dominated industry. She is always advancing herself within the industry and one thing she’s constantly working on is her communication skills. Nadia hopes to inspire women within the construction industry and gives a reminder that “women are strong, resilient, and powerful.” Nadia is a dedicated and resilient leader within our Engineering Division and is always looking for new ways to help out the communities we work with.

Tony has an extensive background in construction, here at Buhler Commercial he is the head of our Engineering Division. Tony is very connected to the community we work within and takes pride in getting to know clients and future clients. Not only this he specializes in concrete and shotcrete which he continues to expand his knowledge on as well new materials within the construction industry. Tony is a hardworking and dedicated individual who wears many hats within our company.

Jin possesses strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, fostering collaboration and achieving excellence in every project. Dedicated to innovation and continuous improvement, he drives success through adherence to high standards and utilization of cutting-edge technologies. He enjoys working on projects at his alma mater UC Berkeley, Jin finds enjoyment in helping out the community that he called home at one point!

Pedro studied at UC Berkeley where he received his Masters degree in Civil Engineering and Project Management. With a proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects on time and within budget, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every endeavor. Passionate about shaping the built environment, Pedro Botero continues to make a meaningful impact in the construction industry.
Alexis Wood
Alexis Wood
Alexis has been in the Construction Financial and Risk Management sector for over 10 years. She is a master at assessing, measuring, monitoring, and mitigating project risks while carrying out contractual and financial obligations. She thrives on being able to present a finished product and while she excels in the office, she enjoys the opportunity to visit a job site with the team.
On the weekends, Alexis spends her time with her family in the East Bay.
